Rearing:
Very easy, suitable for children. Keep in spacious, well ventilated plastic containers. Watch out for condensation and do not give wet leaves. Fairly large caterpillars (up to 9 cm). Fast growing and ready to pupate in approximately six to seven weeks . A living room temperature is enough. The pupal stage can be somewhat longer when the rearing circumstances are not favorable (up to 3 months).
