Ceratomia is a north American and Mexican genus of hawk moths, related to Manduca and Sphinx. The nine members are medium to larger sized moths. 

The rearing is easy for most species and similar to that of Sphinx species. They are fast growing. Be careful with the full grown caterpillars. They bite when threatened.
