Pseudodirphia is a large Central and South American genus within the Hemileucinae subfamily. In recent years several existing species have been divided into separate species, which brings the total number now close to 80 species.

Members of the Pseudodirphia are rarely available and if you can get your hands on livestock do not hesitate. It can take many years before you will have another chance.
