The Trabala genus is probably the most popular Lappet genus among hobbyists. For good reasons. The Trabala are colorful, medium sized moths in different shades of yellow or green. There are around 35 species, mostly occurring in Asia with five species in Africa.

The two species most often seen in captivity (pallida and vishnou) are both from Asia and easy to rear. Definitely suitable for newcomers. Keep them warm, dry and clean.
